What if I am not happy with my Custom Swimsuit?

We stand behind our product 100%. Our guarantee states if you are not satisfied with your swimsuit contact us within 15 days after delivery and we will exchange the suit or give you a full refund less shipping and handling charges. Due to health regulations undergarments of a personal nature are not returnable if worn, soiled, damaged or laundered.

Will I have room for alterations on my Custom Swimwear?

When we create your swimsuit from your measurements we also leave some additional material on the straps to ensure a perfect fit. Simply cut the excess material off after you have tried on the top and are satisfied with the product.

When can I expect my Custom Swimwear order?

Once we have received your order it will be created and shipped by UPS within four business days. Next Day and Second Day Delivery services are available upon request. All shipping outside the U.S. is shipped Global Priority Mail.

How do I care for my Custom Swimsuit and help prevent the fabric from bleeding?

As with any swimsuit fabric some bleeding may occur, however, we suggest soaking your new suit in a gallon of water and a cup of white vinegar. The vinegar bath will help set the die in the fabric. Hand wash your suit after every use in cool water and mild detergent. Hang the suit to dry, avoiding the direct sunlight.

Can I order the same Custom Swimsuit in my measurements in the future?

We keep each set of customer measurements on file so we can recreate your favorite suit year after year. If you change your measurements we can alter your swimsuit to fit your new size. Your customer profile is kept confidential and is only used for creating the best product. We ask that you submit each swimsuit order separately since it is custom made, however, shipping and handling are only charged once for the total order.
